Refund and Cancellation Policy for MEDIACE 2025

At MEDIACE 2025, we are committed to providing participants with a seamless and enriching conference experience. To ensure the smooth management of resources and planning, we have established a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Please read the following policy carefully before registering for the event.

1. No Refund Policy

All Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable: Once the registration is confirmed and payment is made, the fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies to all categories of registration, including workshops, paper presentations, poster submissions, and delegate passes.

No Exceptions: Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Personal reasons (e.g., illness, change of plans, exams, or work commitments)

Travel-related issues (e.g., visa refusal, flight cancellations)

Technical issues during online payments after successful confirmation

Inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances


Transfer of Registration: Registrations are non-transferable. Once a participant registers for the event, the registration is linked to their name and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Not Permitted: Once registered, participants cannot cancel their participation. The conference planning, including resources, materials, logistics, and hospitality arrangements, is based on confirmed registrations.

Event Participation: In case a participant is unable to attend for any reason, no refunds, partial or full, will be provided.

No Adjustment or Credit: The registration fee cannot be adjusted against any future events, workshops, or programs hosted by MEDIACE or Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College & General Hospital.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizers

While participant-initiated cancellations are not permitted, in the unlikely event that MEDIACE 2025 is canceled by the organizing committee due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions), a partial or full refund may be considered.

Refunds in such cases will be processed within 30 business days of the official cancellation announcement.

The final decision regarding refunds will be at the discretion of the organizing committee.
